As a Quality Assurance, my main tasks were to test the POS system and report bugs to our developers. This involved testing the monitors, the printers, what's printed on the receipt, the UIs in the POS system, functionality of the menu and creating the menu. I also got to learn a SQL and develop some of the functionalities in the POS system for OrcaPos, IGourmate and Aloha.
